The daily limits for the outgoing payments

To enhance the safety of our customers' financial resources from January 8, 2024, we have set the daily limits for outgoing payments made in the internet bank and mobile bank.

• For private individuals – 5 000 EUR
• For companies – 100 000 EUR 

The new daily limits do not apply to customers who have set them individually before January 8.

You can change the limits at any time

• Reduce the daily limit in the "Settings" section of the internet bank - User List - User Name, Surname.
• Increase the daily limit by sending us a message in the Messages - New Message, specifying the desired daily limit.

Your request will be processed within one business day, and you will receive a confirmation message in the internet bank.

Set the limits that correspond to your average spending

Check your current payment daily limits in the "Settings" section of the internet bank - User List - User Name, Surname.

• Before increasing payment limits, we recommend evaluating your payment habits. For safety purposes, we recommend setting daily payment limits that correspond to your average spending.
• Before making a larger payment, please review your limits. If the planned payment will exceed the set daily limit, you will be able to submit the payment order after your request to increase the limit has been processed.

The daily limits do not apply to currency conversions, deposits, and transfers between your own accounts.
