Today, on August 1, we are pleased to welcome our customers to our new internet bank, which provides convenient access to banking services for private individuals and businesses. It is designed for intuitive use and includes many new functionalities that work in online mode.

We started to work on the new internet bank eighteen months ago, when we studied the best practices of the industry and the habits of our customers.

Most important novelties

• Opportunity to manage payment cards online (activate, block, unblock, change transaction limits, set permitted transactions; very soon - also connect biometric authentication for confirming transactions on the Internet)

• One dynamic payment form, which, depending on the entered parameters, recognizes the payment method and offers to fill in the mandatory fields - you will no longer have to think about which payment form to use

• Almost all banking services are now available in the Internet bank, so both individuals and companies can do most regarding their finances without going to the bank office.

Important to know

• Please change your internet bank password when you first enter the new internet bank, as well as before making purchases with your card on the internet or before using our internet bank for authorization in other resources.
  • The password must be eight to twenty characters long, contain at least two numbers and two letters, at least one uppercase and one lowercase Latin letter, at least one special symbol (for example, @ ; ! ). 
• The same authorization tool must be used in one session (if you log on to the internet bank using SMS, use it also to confirm transactions).

Introducing the new internet bank, we have also prepared for our customers a pleasant bonus - we will provide SMS notifications for account transactions free of charge for three months.
