INDUSTRA appoints Toms Grīnbergs as Chief Risk Officer. Toms is highly qualified specialist with more than 14 years of experience in risk management.

In the Bank, he is responsible for managing the risk control with the aim of creating a nuanced risk culture to ensure INDUSTRA's profitability and long-term risk mitigation. 

Toms holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Latvia. 

Toms joined INDUSTRA in November 2020 as the Head of Risk management unit.
