Reacting to the transfer of PrivatBank customers to Industra Bank, fraudsters have become active – they have called former PrivatBank customers, posing as representatives of Industra Bank and asking for bank passwords and other data.

• Remember that the bank will never call or send an e-mail, asking you to disclose your internet banking or credit card details verbally, in writing, or to enter on any other website than https://industra.finance/ or https://ib.industra.finance/.
• Such cases are fraud incidents, please inform us immediately, if you face one!
• The bank may proactively call you aiming to talk about its services, but if, during the conversation you will ask some information that requires your identification, the bank will ask you to call back to its official Call Center number +371 6701 9393.

If someone calls you or writes an e-mail, asking you to provide passwords or other internet banking data, do not disclose this information under any circumstances and inform us immediately by writing to info(abols)industra.finance.
